RISE Zambia is committed to providing full scholarships to students from rural communities to aid in shrinking the serious shortage of healthcare workers in Zambia.
Founded in 2015 in memory of Joan Shulman, a devoted nurse, caregiver and mother, RISE Zambia has since awarded 30 scholarships in nursing and clinical medicine.
